Problem creator iliopsoas

Patients often come to the practice with problems without being able to explain the cause. One possible explanation is the disturbed function of individual muscles.

In this course we will explore the question: How does the iliopsoas muscle affect the pelvis, spine and organs? Together we will learn techniques and grips on how to release this muscle. In addition, there will be stretches and mobilization that can be integrated into the massage. We will also look at other fellows of the iliopsoas such as the quadratus lumborum.
