Acupressure Release and Massage

With the application of acupressure points we can specifically treat tension in the muscles. The good thing is that acupressure point treatment can be integrated into most forms of therapy.

These palpable tensions (knots) are usually sensitive to pressure and often radiate to other areas of the body (head, arms, etc.). In this course you will learn to release the individual acupressure points located on the body.

You will also get an insight into energy work to balance the whole body system after the acupressure treatment.
